Girls Recreational: 6 Years & Over

Beginner Girls – Age 6 – 13 or 9-13 years: 
Gymnasts will warm up and complete a circuit of the gym using the beam, bars, vault, floor and trampoline. They will learn basic gymnastics skills and safety rules while working on Burgundy & Red Cangym badges.
Class length: 1 hour

Intermediate # 1 – Age 6 – 13 or 9 – 13 years: 
Your child will continue to build on skills learned in beginner using a variety of equipment. Their confidence and ability will improve as they work on Tan & Bronze Cangym badges.
Class length: 1 hour

Intermediate #2 – Age 6 – 13 years: 
Your child will continue to build on skills learned in Intermediate #1 using a variety of equipment. Their confidence and ability will improve as they work on Purple & Blue Cangym badges.
Class length: 1.5 hours

Advanced #1 – Age 6 – 13 years: 
Gymnasts continue to progress while learning advanced skills on all apparatus. Turquoise, Silver & Orange Cangym badges.
Class length: 2 hours

Advanced #1/2 Combo – Age 6 – 13 years: 
Gymnasts continue to progress while learning advanced skills on all apparatus. Silver, Orange & Yellow Cangym badges.
Class length: 3 hours

Advanced #2 – Age 6 – 13 years: 
Coaches focus on the advanced skills required of the upper levels badges. Orange, Yellow, Green, Grey, White & Gold Cangym badges.
Class length: 2 hours

Teen Girls – Age 12 – 18 years: 
This class is for teens wanting to learn or practice gymnastics skills. This is a good class for cheerleaders to perfect all those moves!
Class length: 1.5 hours
