Boys 6 years & Up

Beginner Boys – Age 6 – 8 and 9 – 13 years: 
Gymnasts will warm up and complete a circuit of the gym using the beam, bars, vault, floor, and trampoline. They will learn basic gymnastics skills and safety rules. Red & Burgundy Cangym badges.
Class length: 1 hour

Intermediate Boys – Age 6 – 13 years: 
Boys will continue to build on skills learned in beginner using a variety of equipment. Their confidence and ability will improve as they work on Tan, Bronze & Purple Cangym badges.
Class length: 1.5 hours
