OGC | Tumbling


Tumbling is learning to trust your strength, power and flexibility! In this class athletes will be working on cartwheels, front and back walkovers, perfecting round offs, front and side aerials and power tumbling. Classes will also help develop front and back handsprings and flips should the coach decide the athlete is physically ready.
 
This class is perfect for dancers and cheer leaders as it physically prepares the child to begin learning these skills in a safe environment with correct technique.
 
 The coach will work with where each individual is at in their developing skills.
