Never taken a gymnastics class? Want to return after years out of the gym? Looking for a new way to build strength and flexibility? Don’t want age to slow down your lifestyle activities? The ultimate goal of our adult program is to keep everyone active.
Pre-registration is not required. Just check in at the office and drop in!
Class Description

Ages 17 +
Our adult class offers an exciting and supportive environment to build strength, flexibility, and skill development, regardless of experience level. Led by our trained coaches, this class focuses on individualized progression, ensuring you develop technique and confidence whether you’re a beginner or are returning to gymnastics after a break. Each session includes a warm-up, skill practice, and conditioning exercises that improve overall fitness, flexibility, and coordination. Try out our trampolines and experience the thrill of bouncing and learning different movements, progressing safely into more advanced tricks with guidance from our coaches. This class is not only a fantastic workout but also an excellent way to improve balance, coordination, and core strength.
