Parent & Tot classes are an opportunity for children, caregivers and coaches to explore different apparatuses, shapes, and movement. This class includes a combination of structured and unstructured activities that facilitate safe play, gross motor skills, coordination, and social development. Participants will gain confidence in motion while learning to run, jump, climb, land, hang and balance. Let's learn through discovery!

Kinder Tots is a developmental class that gives children an opportunity to practice independence in a safe, fun and stimulating environment. OGC's preschool program stimulates imagination and encourages whole body exercise. Children will partake in structured activities that enhance both gross and fine motor skills, confidence, concentration, spatial awareness and problem solving. Participants will learn to run, jump, land, balance, swing, and roll. 

Independent class (no parent participation).

This Developmental Group is designed for little gymnasts who are ready to transition to more complex skills with a focus on progression and skill development. This program offers a perfect blend of technique training, body awareness, improving strength, and emphasizing the fundamentals of gymnastics. Participants engage in challenging drills that enhance their skills and build confidence. Registration for this group requires prior approval or a prerequisite from a coach.
