All scratches will be subject to an administrative charge.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or on-site scratches.
Medical notes must be submitted to events@okanagangymnastics.com no later than 4 PM on Thursday, December 10th, 2026 (before competition begins). Please do not bring medical notes to the competition.

Custom Icebreaker Leo - login to Kscore to add your athletes’ size. Sizes are due by October 31st, 2026.
A custom leo is not guaranteed with late registration.

Music for CCP 1-5 will be provided by the host club.
Music for all other levels must be uploaded to Kscore. BE PREPARED with a back-up if required.

CCP 1 & 2 – Gold, Silver, Bronze ribbons plus AA medal
CCP 3 to 10 – top 10 per event & AA (unless born 2020 & later)
Xcel Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze – top 10 per event & AA
Interclub
Performance and Performance Plus athletes will receive a certificate with comments plus a participation medal.

The event schedule will be available as soon as possible and no earlier than 4 weeks prior to the start of competition when athlete registration numbers are readily known. Schedules will be sent by email to registered clubs and will be posted online.
